CUSTOM REQUEST ORDER FORM

Please complete and submit this Special Order Form below for any orders you would like to place with at least 48 hours notice in advance but preferably a week’s notice. Customers have used this form to request everything from putting together a selection of wines, gift baskets, and charcuterie boards, to bridal and church breakfasts spreads and desserts for that special someone such as Banana Cream Pies and Birthday Cakes. While we can’t guarantee we will be able to do everything, this form at least gets the conversation started.

We will follow up to ask any questions, confirm any details as necessary, and take payment over the phone. If you do not hear from us for whatever reason, please call to follow-up.
